Hello, I’m Kate Castelo, a coach with a background in professional communications.
I work with people who are facing complexity, change, or uncertainty in their personal or professional lives, and want to think clearly, make sound decisions, and communicate with impact.
My approach is grounded in real-world experience working with individuals and senior leaders. I ask questions people don’t often ask themselves and create space to reflect, reframe, and see things more clearly.
At its core, this work is about human-centred change, so we can lead with courage and create meaningful impact.
